J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez KFC (Coulby Newham) en août 2025

I found the advertisement through Indeed and it redirected to apply through the Harri portal. I received an invite to book for an interview about 5 days after. On the day of the interview I arrived 5 minutes before my slot. I let the cashier/staff know that I am here for an interview. I was told to have a seat at one of the tables. The manager/assistant manager (not sure) asked me to fill out a form with my name, date of birth, address, national insurance number, shirt size, shoe size, and availability between Monday-Sunday. After that, the manager asked me questions from the list. Pretty straight forward and you can find the list of questions below.
The timeframe for an offer (6 hour minimum contract) being extended to you is 1 week. Since it's not been a whole day yet, I am not sure if I have been selected.
Regardless, good luck to you all!
A customer came back upset and with a raised voice she explained that she waited for 10 minutes for her order only for it to be missing two items which she noticed after getting in her car.
How would you approach this situation?

Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.

One interview with 2 people was asked basic questions like availability, past experience, etc. Asked about skills that would be useful in KFC. If in School they ask about when you will go back aswell. Overall Easy process.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.
