Terrible experience. First off, the entire interview literally took months to complete because of how bad at responding to communications the team at KLA were. The initial interview was fine. The lady I talked to was nice but the first interview with the hiring manager..... I have no idea what was wrong with her. The entire time she just kept insisting that I hadn't read the job description for no apparent reason. It got to the point where I listed out every single responsibility listed on the posting and gave a lengthy answer as to how my previous working experience was related. Even then she refused to believe that I had looked at the job description. Do people at KLA think we're just applying to jobs willy nilly? Extremely unprofessional.

The interview was conducted online and the interviewer asked generic questions. The interview was fast as well. Overall, I think that they are looking for someone who is experience and willing to work overtime.
