The job interview process started with phone interview with the hiring manager. This took about an hour to mostly describe and understand the position roles and responsibilities. After a quick follow up call I later met with several managers at the campus. These managers represented a cross section of the various groups within the division. Later had a phone discussion with HR to review comp expectations.
