Entretien
Applied online. After the initial application form, there were a number of tests I had to conduct online - basic maths & English abilities, as well as a long Delivering Outcomes Assessment which tested relevant skills to the job - required 4 video answers, 5 long written answers and about 30 multiple-choice questions. After passing this, I was told I would be granted the opportunity to attend an Assessment Day - but this offer was revoked and my application cancelled (with little reason?) after about 6 months of waiting for the Assessment Centre.

During the Delivering Outcomes, one video response they asked for was effectively:
"A new member of senior staff has started in your office. Make small-talk with yourself for 2 minutes, showing us how you would interact with them."

Entretien
Süreç oldukça profesyonel ve kurumsal bir çizgide ilerliyor. Başvurudan kısa süre sonra gelen online genel yetenek ve İngilizce sınavlarını geçince video mülakat aşamasına davet edildim. Burada ekrandaki sorulara hazırlıksız, kayıt alarak cevap vermeniz bekleniyor; bu yüzden "Neden KPMG?" sorusuna önceden çalışmak şart. Ardından gelen Müdür (Manager) mülakatı daha çok teknik odaklıydı; muhasebe temel bilgileri ve vaka analizi üzerinden yetkinliklerim sorgulandı. Son aşama olan Partner görüşmesi ise daha çok kişilik analizi ve kariyer hedefleri üzerine bir sohbet havasında geçti. İngilizce yeterliliğine ve stres yönetimine çok önem veriyorlar, genel olarak yorucu ama öğretici bir süreçti.
