I was given a phone call and then asked to attend a zoom interview. Once that process was done, I was given a 2 hour trial shift in store.

The turnover from the applying online to getting called in for an interview was very efficient. Got called two days later, with an impromptu phone interview, then another called 3/4 days later with a face-to-face interview with the store manager and regional sales manager ( don't remember the exact title). It was pretty chill and they were really nice and approachable. Afterwards, I got called in for a 2 hr shift trial. Everything was via a phone call which was pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable as the only way to contact the manager/supervisor was via her number. Two-weeks plus I didn't get any call back about the status of my application, had to follow up but never got a call about anything. Not a great recruitment process as there was not follow up regardless if I was not a successful/candidate and I was personally over/uncomfortable about contacting the manager again in regards to my application.
