I received a phone call from the recruiting firm for a webmethods Team Lead position. Even though the company wasnt one of the top software firms, I thought of thinking about the offer if the renumeration was suitable when because of their location. I went through the technical interview where I was asked mainly about my previous projects and what roles activities were performed there. I finally declined the offer which was for a canadian client and so they were looking for someone who could work in the 2nd shift.
