Why do you want to work at KPMG? This question aims to understand your motivations for choosing KPMG and how well you've researched the company's values, culture, and opportunities. Can you describe a situation where you had to work as part of a team to achieve a goal? This question assesses your teamwork and collaboration skills. Tell me about a challenging situation you faced at work or in a project. How did you handle it? This question evaluates your problem-solving abilities, resilience, and how you approach difficult situations.
Smooth and all virtual over teams. Interviewed with a director and managing director for 30 minutes each. Mostly all behavioral questions and nothing technical was asked. After that they reached out with an offer.
the interview process was a mix of good and challenging. I was asked many questions and met with partners and the whole team which was done to ensure i was a good fit.
Only specific about this role and might not be applied to other aeras of KPMG. There are three stages with a behavioural test, then technical test with modelling, then director interview. Technical test includes 1-2 hours modelling in three parts. After that you will know the result in the 3rd round and be asked questions about the specific area.
