The first phase with Kwan's HR was very smooth; everyone at Kwan is extremely attentive, patient, and didactic. We discussed the company's values, my objectives and goals, an English test, and finally, what the work dynamic was like. After passing this phase, I received feedback about the interview, and a meeting was scheduled with the specialist in the field allocated to the client, which also went very well. We talked about professional experiences and underwent a small test. Lastly, there was an interview with the client, who already had feedback from Kwan, so it was a more informal conversation to get to know each other.

Through Skype, first the interviewer talked about the company (mainly what can be found at the website), then I talked about my experiences, ending with some questions about specific skills for the project.
