Drug test, background check, one on one interview on your abilities in different areas in child care. Personality would consist of where your strengths and weakness are and how you handle stressfull situations.

Entretien
Met with the Site Coordinator who was friendly and seemed like a fun person. The questions were pretty standard. It lasted about 30 minutes. I was offered the job pending a background check. I stayed at the school for a short while to observe and see what they do and it looked liked a fun job so I was super excited to start.
