Entretien
After the initial screening with HR you are asked to take a test about your knowledge in finance and currency management. Afterwards, few interviews with team leaders and a case study to be presented online. Finally, few role plays situations on-site to test your business acumen and bargaining techniques. All in all, the process is very well designed, very professional, and you will always have a great support in case of questions all along the process.

Entretien
There were several stages, starting with a call with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Hadi), followed by interviews with senior team members, including some role plays. My experience with Kantox's hiring process was one of the best - the team was responsive, transparent, and kept me informed throughout. Compared to other processes where communication can be limited or timelines unclear, Kantox stood out for its consistency and professionalism. The support and guidance on what to expect at each stage was very helpful. The role plays can be challenging, but with preparation, they provide a good preview of what the role entails.

Entretien
The whole process has been pleasant as a candidate. Communication has always been timely and clear, and instructions for the different stages have been super helpful. The recruiting team is definitely TOP, best I have experienced. The difficulty is high but with the guidance of the recruitment team, you can prepare yourself well. They also give you enough days in between stages so you can prepare well.
