I applied online and had great initial interview that was followed by take home assignment. Task description was half-baked and vague (which was the first red flag) and I was left to decide on my own what to implement and what to "ignore" with instructions "overcomplicate it as much" (second red flag - write elegant code not needlessly complicated). Then when assignment review time came it was great, the team was knowledgeable, and we had quality discussion with promising final words. Then when the final email came, they referenced two non-existent code mistakes and that I didn't follow non-existent requirements (third red flag). Later I followed up outlining those mistakes and received meaningless response, and I'm pretty sure they mistook me for someone else and refused to correct the mistake because it looks like they already promised the role to someone else and didn't want to look like extra clowns. Too bad, I will write this review.

I did an introduction interview that went well and it came with a handful of basic technical questions. They had me do a technical project that took about a day to complete On the review they told me that based on my previous work experience they would only offer me a role with a lower pay. I would have preferred for them to be upfront about my experience not being enough from the start rather than waste my time.
