The interview will have a total duration of one hour. During the interview, twenty minutes will be allocated to question-based problem solving, assessing the candidate’s technical knowledge and analytical abilities. The remaining time will be devoted to general interview questions, including discussion of professional experience, competencies, and overall suitability for the position.

Question 1
Normal general question but During the interview, general questions will be asked; however, expectations from external applicants are notably high. Candidates are expected to have precise knowledge of students’ passing marks and related academic standards. Additionally, no special accommodations are provided for students or interview participants. For example, basic amenities such as drinking water are not supplied; individuals are required to bring their own glass if needed.
Mock teaching two questions (as level) to two teachers , background check questions and panel interviews with liner managers. It takes about an hour and there is no contact with students.
