Applied online (standard questions / test scores) and then conducted a video interview where I prepped some questions. After that, had a technical interview with one of the current tutors in which he portrayed a student and had teach a few scenarios and answered questions.

5 min video, informal chat online with hiring manager, 15 min teach online to c 6 tutors , 20 min teach in person to 6 tutors followed by interview by 2 management team

Bit rushed and unprofessional, then added a 2nd round interview after a month of radio silence. No-one involved in any of the interviews seemed like they could be bothered with it.

Brief interview and presentation - listened into by other tutors who then asked questions. Presentation felt a bit intimidating but was ok in the end. Interview only around 30 minutes
