5 min video, informal chat online with hiring manager, 15 min teach online to c 6 tutors , 20 min teach in person to 6 tutors followed by interview by 2 management team

Consisted of Multiple interviews. 2 phone and 1 video interview consisting of a mock lesson with Q&A. Spoke with the hiring manager and a fellow tutor. Also spoke with the manager who I would be working under.

Bit rushed and unprofessional, then added a 2nd round interview after a month of radio silence. No-one involved in any of the interviews seemed like they could be bothered with it.

Brief interview and presentation - listened into by other tutors who then asked questions. Presentation felt a bit intimidating but was ok in the end. Interview only around 30 minutes
