Entretien
I applied through LinkedIn and went through four rounds of interviews. The process started with an informal phone screen with the founder, followed by separate interviews with two managers. The final round was another conversation with the founder. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming, and the team was extremely responsive to my emails. The entire process took about a month, and I appreciated the transparency at every stage—each interviewer clearly set expectations, so I never felt left in the dark.

Since KC is a remote company, many questions focused on my working style and how I operate both independently and within a team.
Amazing interview process, made me feel very comfortable from the start, Very efficient Operations Director and the panel interviewing was really smart and challenged me in a good way. The take home instructions were very clear and reasonable.

Entretien
I had a positive experience with the interview process. I had an initial talk with the CEO, where we determined whether or not I was a good fit for the role overall. The next round consisted of technical and behavioral questions, and the team really wanted to get to know me and my personality which I appreciated. The next stage was a final call with the CEO. Overall, the team was very quick to get back to me with updates on the interview process, which was nice because they respected my time as a candidate.
