I never heard anything back about if I was moving forward or not. I even reached out to the recruiter directly and they never responded. The way I see it - I gave an hour and a half of my time on the phone plus the effort of applying and they couldn't even give me the time to let me know the status of my application. I have never seen this from another organization.

Interview conducted via phone, then in person meeting. Questions were basic and based on development software or techniques. HR is very friendly and helpful.
Everybody does a good job of making you feel at ease. They frequently bring in potential coworkers towards the end for a meet and greet with open development discussions.
