An initial technical screening. Later, I was asked to solve coding problems for 2 hours. Finally, an interview with HR, technical, financial parts took place. Technical interview was extensive, around 60 minutes.
**The interview process at Kartaca was professional and friendly. We discussed my technical background, previous project experience, and problem-solving approach. The interviewers were clear and approachable, and they provided helpful information about the role and the company. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.
