The process of the selection was not too hard if ur clear with some basic concepts in MBA will get u cleared, Derivatives, Accounts & Excel

interview consists of 3 rounds. typically takes whole day.. 1st is a written test, 2nd is group discussion and final is technical round in which they tested knowledge on financial markets

they focused on hobbies and asked me to explain about my hobbies.
