Entretien
I applied through a program called Onward Israel. The program set me up with a video interview with one of the company's founders. The way it worked with this program was that the interviewers contacted those students they were interested in working with - so it was not a traditional interview in that once I was accepted for an interview I knew I already had the position.

Interestingly, they didn't ask me any questions. I was told since I was talking to the founder that meant I had the position if I wanted it.
