I had a screening call first, then 3 on-site interviews: The first was a mutual introduction (Company, Product, Culture, tasks etc.) The second was a case study, where is was asked to anser 3 questions on how to handle a difficult case. What I loved about this part, was that they were not technical questions - but questions related to values, people and how to navigate difficult situations. The third interview was a meet-and-greet with members of the team I would be working in - a chemistry check if you will. This was also really great, as chemistry with co-workers can make or break the work experience easily. The entire interview process, from initial screen call, to contract negotiation where facilitated by a corporate psychologist with a strong focus on transparency and openness. I was even asked if I wanted to be part of the interview evaluation sessions after each round. It was pretty impressive!
