I applied online and was called a couple of days later to schedule the interview. I arrived early and the interviewer was late. I sat in a little room with no air circulation for about 15 minutes filling out a paper application and a personality test before she arrived. I asked for the results of my test and LaRose agreed to have them sent to me regardless of interview results. I have not yet received the results of the test.

First interview they reviewed my DISC profile and then another six rounds of interviews including telling my life story. It was a very gruelling process but I kept at it.
