I had no actual interview process, i was just asked if i could sub in one day and answer phones for a couple of hours and then a week later they called me up and offered me a job.
I believe the current employees that reffered me, knowing my work ethic is what got me the sub job and once the MCA saw how capable i was to adapting and being a quick learner he decided i should be a permanent part of the team.

Thorough interview process. Took a test before being hired that was computer based. Interview went over contents of that test. Interview overall wasn’t too bad and people running the interview were professional and nice.

They have a very extensive interview process where they make you jump through hoops. The first step, a phone interview, followed by an hour long questionarre/survey. Then, an in person interview. To only call references and go through a group interview to not be hired. Not only wasted my time but my references too.
