I contacted the office and said I was interested in hanging my license with KW. A team leader called me back and he asked me basic questions about myself. We scheduled a meeting and I came in. They asked me about real estate experience, told me the commission split, and then offered me the position.

There wasn't an unexpected question, very straight forward.
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.

No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
