Informal phone conversation followed by in person meeting to complete accounting assessment. Assessment was moderately difficult for someone who graduated from college 20 years ago- refresher recommend prior to taking test.

It’s quite a long process of 5 steps. I had 2 assessments, one personality assessment and second accounting test. After that 5 interviews with different team members, out of which last one was group interview.
