April was great and made me feel relaxed. She has the type of personality that gets you motivated and excited. She made me feel confident about trying something new. I was a walk in to Kelly's that day. However, April was eager to meet with me. I only had to wait a few minutes to finish what she working on to sit down for the interview. She was very prompt in sending me forms that needed to be completed.

Entretien
Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.

Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
