Phone interview with Kelly, phone interview with the manager at the location I would be placed, followed by an in-person interview on site with 6 different managers (3 rounds, in one day)

Majority of the questions were based on experience, team work abilities, etc. The only "personality" questions they asked were what music I was into/not into as this was for a role on a music team.
