Was called to do online interview set up a time and did the interview. Had to show the camera around the room for the lady, then she explained the job and asked a few questions.
Troubleshooting hardware and software tickets. Taking inbound and outbound calls for customers. Ability to lift over 50 pounds of computers and printers. Provide teamwork communication and document in knowledge base.

Quick phone call with the manager, who is in charge of the operation on site. Phone interview only, did not get any in-person interview, this was during covid-19. But very professional.
