Applied online. I received a phone call around 2 weeks later. Asked few questions about my previous experience. Received another call few days later to discuss about the specific job requirements. A couple days later received a call and email for an on site meeting which was the last step.

This position was a direct hire so there wasn't a real "interview" but instead some basic screening questions about work history and a bit about the job description.
