Proficiency tests on Microsoft office applications: specifically Microsoft word, powerpoint, and excel. Also, applicants are tested on typing speed. Applicants must submit resumes, and attend an in-office interview. The staff and recruiters are very nice, and can be reached during normal business hours. Temp workers are paid just a little over fifteen dollars an hour.

It was very low key. No pressure or problems. The interviewer was very nice. Get ready to answer some very basic questions that will reflect who you are as a person and employee.

Entretien
There really wasn't much of an interview. A friend of mine was working for Kelly Services at the time, and she suggested that I try to find a job through the company. I called the Stow location, and the person on the other end sent me an application via email which I completed along with an assessment. I showed up the next day and filled out the paperwork needed to start the position.
