Interview process had several parts, at the time all had to be completed in person, and were spaced out over about a 4 month period. There was the initial application, computer testing, workday simulation, and a basic interview. They will ask if you are willing to work either shift and that is a job requirement, although if you only can work second shift that can be accommodated after you are hired and trained.
