Asked questions related to my experience as it related to job description. Volume recruiting, ATP systems I’ve utilized, what previous jobs were like, am I working now. Pretty standard stuff Lasted about 30 minutes. It was a virtual interview through Microsoft Teams.

Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.
