Ridiculously low hourly wage with no vacation no benefits. There are also many strict rules such as I will be eliminated if I miss one hour of the training, I have to purchase equipments on my own…and they made me feel I will still need to be selected, like they have plenty of candidates fighting for this minimum wage pay. I stopped the interview in the middle and really regret of the 20 minutes I wasted on it.
There are three phases interview, one with staff, two phases are technical questions. During the second and third phase, you have to answer questions in English and targeted language. It's not difficult.

Easy more focusing on customer service experience. They also ask you if you have any translation experience but not necessary. Interviewer was nice but their supervisor was kinda mean -- she is cold and ignorant and only care about what she says and keeps asking you "any questions about that"
