It was going to be a 4 stage process with several people but apparently if you do well it can be shorten. There was a intro phone 30 minute interview with the hiring agent, the next was an in person with the branch manager that took about an hour. So here the rub: the third interview was with HR manager and if you get this far, you need to concentrate on your numbers: what you do well and keep going over it. My interview was less than ideal as the person seemed to have been preoccupied with something or just getting to the office because it didn't seem that my information was taken as seriously as I had hoped.

Easy, the process took 1 week and I was hired and started in 2 weeks. The interview consisted of a phone screen, with an onsite manager with two managers. When asked why I wanted to join, I spoke about my interest and experience and how I will serve value to the company.
Pretty straight forward. Know the job description well. They do ask some difficult questions so do your prep work! The person on LinkedIn who did the sourcing didn’t do the best job describing the role.

So easy and excellent, I’d enjoyed the interview! I can’t wait to start!! There was only 1 phone interview and then the offer with a very good salary base and benefits
