They ask you the standard questions. They don't take into account knowledge. They don't ask technical questions. They are late to interviews. Worst of all they may never respond to let you know if you got the job.

Behavior based interview; they did not give complete answers to questions posed. They stated some OT would be needed. the reality is over 24-30 Hours are needed to just to keep up with the volume/
