J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ken Garff Automotive Group (Houston, TX) en févr. 2014
Entretien
I was contacted by the company's used car director via cell phone to come in for an in person interview. To my surprise there were two different managers that spoke to me but both were friendly and made the interview process easy. After the interview they contacted me with an offer letter and the instructions for a pre-employment drug screening if I accepted.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ken Garff Automotive Group (Orem, UT) en nov. 2015
Entretien
It was short and painless. Probably took 5 minutes or less. Sales at a dealership is very demanding and the turn over rate is high; they will hire almost anyone who can work full time.

Entretien
As this employer changed ownership to Garff, initial interviews were not given to employees already employed by the selling firm. So, these employees were simply given a choice to either accept a job position with Garff or to terminate their employment altogether. Most chose to stay on, others chose not too. Many took jobs with other car dealerships in the area.
