After some silence, they suddenly invited me for a walk-in interview. During the interview, it seemed like they were assessing me as if I were an experienced professional. They tried to identify areas where I might be lacking, but I managed to answer almost every question they asked. Despite my efforts, they seemed determined to find reasons to reject me.
After the interview, the interviewer promptly informed me that I did not answer 2-3 questions out of the 25+ asked, stating that I still needed improvement. I found this puzzling, as I had applied for an internship position, not an experienced role. It felt like they were actively looking for reasons to reject my application.
