2 x rounds of interviews. The first round felt more formal and like the questions were more based on aptitude and what I was looking for. The second round felt more like a vibe check. The interviews were casual enough and very friendly.

Experience at current firm, how I approached a file, what made me engaged at work, what I benefited from when working in a team, what I was looking for in a firm and supervisor
It was very a friendly and conversational interview and the partners seem very genuine. The questions were more about my experience than anything behavioural. All in all a good experience.

The interview consisted of mostly skills and behavioral based questions. Straight forward questions and very casual environment. Make sure you do your research on the company prior to the interview.
