Interview with Assistant store manager then Store Manager. Over the phone interview with the District Manager. Did back ground check and lots of questions. Waited about 5 days and got an offer.

Because there is no money for advertising, I found out about the job on Craigs list. I contacted the employer and gained an interview. I was individually interviewed by two separate individuals. Nothing terrible exciting or fancy.
