Phone screen: behavioral with some technical topics. Invited in for an on site with three different pairs, all on the dev team. Only one interview was an actual technical challenge. Opinion: I felt the on-site was quite premature. There was only a tiny amount of technical screening there, and certainly something that could have been done over the phone. I got a generic rejection email.
