I got a PHONE call a WEEK after APPLYING online. Set up a call for a FEW days later. The CALL went as scheduled and seemed to go well. I HAD WAY more then the NECESSARY skills/experience required for a NEW POSITION they were HIRING for, and SOME! Waited a week and got no RESPONSE. So DECIDED to CONTACT the person, I initially had MY phone screening with again with no response. ONLY to get a GENERIC email an HOUR or so later, that WHILE QUALIFIED, they went with ANOTHER CANDIDATE! HOW CAN YOU JUDGE or GET a FAIR SUMMARY of a person with a 15 MINUTE call and NOTHING FURTHER? AT LEAST make that CALL ONCE you MEET ME. This is WHY PEOPLE whom have NEVER HELD/HAD an OFFICE POSITION/PERSON are BI-POLAR with their METHODS and have NO CLUE what THEY are DOING. I bet this JOB will be OPEN AGAIN in WEEKS. MARK MY WORDS. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, WACK and NO SENSE of SELECTING CANDIDATES. Their LACK of REVIEWS and WORD of MOUTH SAY it ALL. JOBS in CULVER CITY GETTING to BIG FOR THEIR BRIDGES. GLAD I DODGED this JOB!!
