Then the scheduling for the interview comes via email and you select a day and time, which is a refreshing change from going back and forth trying to coordinate schedules. My first interview was a phone call with the HR rep. She asked me about my background, experience, organizational and people skills. The second interview was a video call with the hiring manager where they went more in depth into my applicable skills.
