Standard phone interview process of getting familiarized with company and sharing information about self. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and covered resume, company questions and ended with a time to ask questions to the interviewer.

The interview process consisted of a short phone screen followed by an invitation to attend an interview superday at the KeyBank headquarters in Cleveland, OH. About 4 days before the interview, KeyBanc provided a case interview prompt to be prepared for the interview superday and presented to an undisclosed number of interviewers. In Cleveland, the first night was an introduction to the program and dinner with current KeyBanc Analysts. The second day, each interviewee had 3 interviews scheduled throughout the day, including the case interview, a behavioral interview, and a critical thinking interview. We were notified within the next few days whether the position was offered or not.
