Short phone interview where they really stress that if you quit prior to one year you will owe the company money. Seemed like a gimmick and I didn't trust this interview at all
phone screening interview which lasted 5 mins and then a week later I had an online interview (via skype) and that lasted 30 mins with about 5-10 questions and then had a phone conversation with the field manager and was offered the position later on that day.

Three interview levels phone, live video, then another with a manager. The process seems easy and the questions are about situations. Everyone seemed nice. Process seemed quick. Thats about it
