I worked with the Recruiter, Daniel, who initially was great with responding and providing more information. He even went as far as to recommend a higher level position that was more appropriate for my experience. However, during the actual interview process, I was left in the dark for several weeks at time - believing that I was no longer being considered. But then received a random phone call rom Daniel that I was still being considered, which I appreciated. But each interview felt very odd - almost forced, questions were strange. It almost felt like I was being given a courtesy interview, or an informational interview. Needless to say, I never received final follow-up, or a job offer. I believe the company was going through a time of tremendous growth and I don't fault Daniel - he truly was great - I believe he was very overworked and unable to keep up. I heard that he may have been the only recruiter for the entire company, which means he would have had a huge workload.
