The woman doing the interview was great. She was bubbly and excited. We connected on a lot of levels. However, she lied about almost everything about the position. I don't know if she lied because she was made to by the ownership or not. The phone screen turned into more of an interview than intended. The actual interview took no more than 15-20 minutes because everything had been discussed on the phone. I got along well with her and was led to believe that I would only be working with her. That ended up not being the case. So, when interviewing, take account of everyone who is around!
