I first had a phone screen, then an online test, and lastly 3 seperate interviews that were very unecessary. The people who interviewed me lied straight to my face. I was hired on the spot during my 3rd interview. There was one hitch regarding scheduling, but asides from that, it was fairly straight forward.

Entretien
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
