The interview process began with a quick written exercise called "Why Kickstarter?" which covered the motivation to want to work with the company. That was followed by a ~45 minute phone interview. The next step was a more thorough, five question written questionnaire, specifically tailored to the role. The final step was a full day of meetings with the Heads of each product category at Kickstarter HQ. This was a bit grueling as they all took place in the same room and all were in depth conversations.
