Two interviews. first was general questions about teaching experience if applicable or if not, ideas on how you will face the challenge of teaching young learners. The second interview requires a lesson plan to be made based on a choice of sample pages from their curriculum. You will need to talk through the rationale of this lesson plan in the interview.

Entretien
First interview was good, interviewer was a native english speaker and seemed friendly and relatable. However, the second interviewer was really curt and not very amiable. They asked me to prepare a lesson plan, but it seemed like they only had minimal questions about it before jumping into paperwork stuff. It felt like things went well but I wasn't offered the job.

there were two interview processes. One with a current teacher and one with HR. They both didn't take long and they were nice/enthusiastic. They didn't ask any hard questions either. Just the normal 'tell me about yourself'
