Interviewer was 10 minutes late to our first discussion. Seemed like everything was going great, but we needed another 30 minutes, because of their timeliness. Took 50 minutes for them to ask about salary expectations (and asked for what my current salary is at my role, which is not legal). Got scheduled for a second round, only for that to be quickly cancelled after the recruiter re-reviewed the salary bands to find that I was outside of their bands.
