The first round was a 10-minute phone call with hiring manager. I was asked three general interview questions. The second round would have been an in-person interview but I was not selected. HR called me to give in depth feedback about my interview, which was very helpful. I believe I was 1 of 14 candidates selected for the first round out of 54 applications.
